Need help to decode if my shy coworker likes me. (Hospitality) I apologize for the long post

Hello there folks, I have a female coworker who is usually shy & communicates when approached keeps it professional with others, as I had rejoined my work after a gap, I was trying to break the ice with the new coworkers introducing myself (2.5 months ago).

I told her your name means peace in my mother tongue, she was like really, then days pass by we interact and ask her how is your day going, any plans? If you're hungry I can hook you up with food, tell her about combinations, I can do(I make personally for all the staff who are working the shift & bless em up because they're working hard & I respect their time, I write notes like enjoy/thank-you).

I've complemented her on the outfit she wears, plus noticed her hair do (that matches her eyes)

It's been a few weeks since I've noticed her staring, smiling, saying hi first & whenever I drop by during my off days her whole body is facing me, she tries to complete the conversation after it was interrupted or asking me what we were talking about, I've seen her distracted while wiping cups & dropping them (wiped ones), while I throw a lame joke as they're called tumblers.

We talk about movies, I've tried to ask her out like I can take you to certain spots, but to no avail (for now)

But she always asks me regarding my schedule, that if I am working at the 2nd location & if I am always closing.

Sorry about the long post, I've asked my close coworkers (my best friends) they said it looks positive & I am overthinking it (ik I am)

The sad part is she is going back to another city for her education (end of August)& she thinks she'll be back here for summer

So, I don't know what to do? (I've been smitten for the last 2 weeks & I've never felt like this after a long time after my breakup after 2 years)
