Value of Portal, Buddha, and Dough?

I've been trading on discord recently and I've been seeing people trading Lightning, T-Rex, Mammoth, Spirit, etc,.

I thought these were bad trades and so I ignored them.

One thing, I don't know what's the values of each fruit and Idk if it's a good or bad trade.
