Sleeping for days.
Given that chronic fatigue is my worst symptom, I guess it makes sense. But does anyone ever have episodes of not that much sleep for a week, for example, and then just feeling completely lazy and sleepy for a few days?
I'm talking: I woke up yesterday after 5 hours of sleep and then fell asleep again for a total of 11 hours. Switched to the couch and fought drowsiness for the next 10 hours, trying to play something on my tablet and then fell asleep for 5 more hours. Spent the rest of the day in bed just resting and now going to sleep again.
After an episode like this, I usually wake up refreshed and feeling like I can do all the chores around the apartment again. Feel totally fine. It wasn't really triggered by anything other than not getting that much sleep before (don't even know why, I just couldn't sleep).
Outside of this severe drowsiness, no extra symptoms either. Just pass out one day, and sleep for like 2 days and nights on and off and wake up feeling good again. Weird!
