So apparently I have hirsutism, what do I do ?

So I just got on a completely unrelated specialist's appointment and he wrote I have "obvious hirsutism" I kinda suspected it a bit but it's still a lot, especially since I didn't ask him his damn opinion about my body hair.

I also have very little blood on my periods, is this something any of you might be familiar with ? I'm of course gonna talk about it to my gp but I need to be a little prepared since this was very unexpected.
