Did they just nix the hall of Fame mini season?

I was playing this morning, then did some cleaning. Just came back on to start a new season but it's telling me "I don't have enough eligible players" I reset still the same. Double checked my squad all legit. Restarted the PS5 tried again. Same error message. Anyone within the last hour running into this issue?
