Is this a POTS symptom?

I’ve had a very long stressful day, I got my exam results that I was super stressed about and I’m much calmer now but my body is aching all over in places that don’t make sense because I haven’t hurt them? Could the stress and POTS be causing my muscle pain? I’m new to this so I’m not sure :(
