What are some positive things post treatment

Can you guys share some positive things post cancer treatment? I finished my treatments and slowly going back to “normal” life again. Sad feelings catching up to me and i just want to hear some good things you guys like to share or what are some things that keep you in peace. Ive been feeling overwhelmed and anxious easily.
