RI Energy - Inaccurate Info

I moved into my new apartment Tuesday and have been told about 7 different things about when I could have my electricity service started by at least 7 different representatives. Has this happened to anyone else? I am tired of living in a hotel and feel like I am just getting lied to all the time with no accountability and no repercussions. They also keep throwing new stipulations at me without telling me ahead of time and delaying me further.

I feel like I’m going crazy. Can anyone help?
