Help with testing for lead

Hey guys. Looks like I am forced to either join an outdoor range gun club or go back inside to shoot. So inside may be the safest because I shoot by myself mostly. Retired and can go whenever. My spot is now closed. My question is how much indoor shooting is safe. I get that each range has different situations. Let’s say if I shot once a week. 3-4 times a month. Anything to worry about? Should I ask my doctor to check?
