voip not working? or a quiet bunch?

hello all, hope youre all having fun trying to survive a helicopter ride with a newbie pilot.

one thing i noticed, VOIP is silent. I havent heard a single person talk. I did ask in chat and got a response, someone said everyones talking, idk if theyre fucking with me or if my sound settings arent working.

anyone else experience this? is their a fix im overlooking?
