what does meta support smoking ?

so i made an account for my new business and i logged in after i bought the domain and add it to the account then i got banned and did appeal but they confirmed the ban. i subscribed to meta max and support team telling me that i did some violation to instagram rules but they don't know what and they can't bring the account back . what is the main purpose of support if it's not supporting ?

anyone can tell me what to do ?
