Can Hacchi use Negacion?

Since he mostly fights using Kido I was thinking about how exactly does hollowfication benefits him and I kinda realize that his barriers are kinda similar to Negacion in both looks and function. And since vizards can use Cero(which in a sense are kinda like hado to hollows) I don't see why they they couldn't access other more advanced hollow techniques. Now the problem is that as far as I remember Negacion is specifically a Gillian technique and I don't believe we've ever seen anyone else using it. There is the Caja Negacion that was given to the espada and (I believe) was developed by Aizen but it could just have been made to function like Negacion instead of actually being an application of it. There's also the fact that Hacchi tells Orihime(and maybe it's a translation thing idk) that her powers are similar to his which to mean implies that those barriers are something specific to Hacchi and not something that any high ranking Kido core members can do.

To be clear I'm not saying he can just straight up use Negacion and more so sugesting that some of his barriers are a mix of Bakudo and Negacion.
