Shadow Lady Worth It?

I just encountered the shadow lady for the first time and she changed all of my mons. I feel she gave me what I feel wete worde mons versus my curated team. I had Heatran, Ursaluna, Gyardos, Staraptor, Rillaboom and Luxray. She made them Slaking, Ting Lu, Tangela, Gigalith, Alolan Eggsecutor and Wailord. I felt that was way worse. Anyone else given worse mons?
