Does anyone else miss the fitted cotton loungewear of 2010s?
Lulu used to have the BEST fitted terry cotton joggers that never pilled, and cropped zippered hoodies that were FITTED around the ribcage in thick terry cotton (pictured ~2014. This isn't as nice as the cropped mint green one I had with ribbed side panels, but the closest image I could find). Now all of the loungewear is huge and oversized, while the classic styles like Define jacket are even tighter.
There are a few of the newer things I love, like the new waffle knit pants. But the top options are not flattering. I wish they would offer more comfortable loungewear in cotton that is loose but not oversized in cropped lengths. I'm guessing it's too expensive to make structured hoodies from terry cotton like they used to. They also changed sweatshirt sizing from numbered to XS/S and M/L. I'm sure that's a lot cheaper to produce...
The stock is tanking and I am hoping they do something to revive the brand!!! I still love Lulu over all the other options on the market.
