Where will you ship?

I am in the US and am choosing, for the time being, to sell internationally. It's actually gone quite well, but for one buyer from Israel that I believe was set on scamming from the start.

That said, I know that there are some countries that are absolute "no-gos," for a variety of reasons. Would someone here that ships internationally be kind enough to share their list of places that are safe? Are there any tips or tricks you might offer to make the process go smoothly? I wish Etsy would allow me to print international labels. Thanks for any help!
