What’s one piece of software you use every day in a small business that you think could be much smarter?

I’ve been noticing how many tools I use for my small skincare business every day have some kind of automation, but I still end up doing a lot of the same repetitive stuff myself.

Updating spreadsheets, copying information between tools and writing the same emails. It made me wonder: what’s one piece of software you use regularly that you wish was actually smarter?
