Acemagic pc broken, they want my ssd or they wont give me my money back

Hello, recently my MiniPC from acemagic broke itself from overheating (probably). i am now on my older mini pc, i talked to my dad about the ssd with all of my files and i have to archive them on this other mini pc because he needs to WIPE OFF EVERY FILE!! and the worst part: i can only transfer 3 files at a time because this shi**y chinese ssd wont catch up! it will just disconnect AUTOMATICALLY. I am speechless, i

cant even know if i archived all of my files because i can only archive few of them the most important ones, this is so fu**ed up!!!!! i want to keep my ssd and my files! what should i do...

my dad wants to accept to the policies (i dunno even if it is a policy). and from what ive heard this chinese shi**y minipc comes with malweare pre-installed, this is bloody hilarious! AND MY DAD WANTS TO BUY THE SAME. GODDAMN. MINIPC. MODEL.

i dont even what to do IM GOING CRAZY ABOUT THIS!!!

please someone help me with this i really need help with my files... please reply ASAP!
