Where to get custom handlebars?

Hello friends,

I have been trying for a long time to locate anywhere that manufactures handlebars made to order with custom specs and was hoping anyone here might know of a website? Basically due to physical disability I need a bar that has a different rise on each side (or just a rise on on side only and I can adjust the stem height). However I have thus far had no luck, I even tried contacting factories in China directly but they wouldn't do it for a single order.

I used to have a pair that my father made for me in the 90s (he fabricated them out of steel heating pipe using his pip bending tools) however the bike they were on was stolen many years ago, but I know the dimensions/shape I need at least. I'm currently using an old Cinelli Spinaci aero bar mounted backwards however while this is fine for cruising I don't trust it for landing jumps or pulling up the bike.
