I have a pigeon nest in my front window

As the title says, there is a pigeon nest in the front window of my house, and two pigeons that are more less 3 weeks old are there. With the heat wave, my roommates and I are concerned about them experiencing a heat stroke, so the question is… should we feed them water? We tried to spray some water in the area to make it cooler but also we are concerned if there is an association or institution that we could call to take care of them???
