App Name: AX: TV Remote / Tv Browser/ for Android TV \[Free\] (Android TV / Google TV)

**What it does:** A full web browser built for the television instead of ported to it, so you can reach every site that never got a TV app. Instead of fighting a D-pad, your phone becomes a touchpad that drives the cursor on the TV.

**Key Features:**

* **Phone as touchpad, two ways** — if you have **AX: TV Remote** on your phone, open the **Apps** section and the touchpad is right there; it finds the browser on your network by itself, nothing to scan. No remote app? Scan the QR on the TV and your phone's browser opens the same trackpad — no install, no pairing, no account.
* **Stays on your wifi** — the touchpad is served by your TV to your own network. Nothing leaves it, and there's no account anywhere in this.
* **Built for the 10-foot view** — large targets, remote-friendly navigation, dark by default. Works on Google TV, Chromecast with Google TV, Shield, and Android TV sticks.

**Works — anything running Android TV OS or Google TV on Android 6.0+**

* Google Chromecast with Google TV (HD and 4K), Google TV Streamer
* NVIDIA Shield TV and Shield TV Pro (all generations)
* Xiaomi Mi Box S / Mi TV Stick / Mi TV Box, Xiaomi TVs with Android TV
* Sony Bravia Android TV / Google TV sets
* TCL, Hisense, Philips, Sharp, Panasonic, Toshiba, Nokia, Realme, OnePlus, Thomson and Skyworth sets running Android TV / Google TV
* Onn 4K / Onn Google TV boxes and sticks (Walmart)
* Dish/Sling AirTV, Nokia Streaming Box, Realme 4K Smart Google TV Stick, JioTV+ style Android TV boxes
* Android TV set-top boxes from operators (Airtel Xstream Box, Tata Play Binge+, Jio Set-Top Box, Vodafone/Deutsche Telekom boxes)

**Goal:** Launch, testing, and feedback — sent through **AX: TV Remote → Settings → Feedback**, which is a real thread I reply to in the app.

**Giveaway:** 100 free Premium codes for launch, one per person, first come.

**Requirement: AX: TV Remote on your phone.** You want it anyway — it's where the touchpad is smoothest (Apps section, no QR needed), and it's where the feedback thread and code redemption live. It's free, and the Premium you get covers both apps.

1. Install **AX: TV Browser** on your TV and use it for a bit.
2. Install **AX: TV Remote** on your phone (free, required) and open **Settings → Feedback**.
3. Send me what you thought — good or bad — and mention **Reddit**.
4. I reply in that same thread with your code; replies arrive as an in-app notification, so there's nothing to watch for.

To redeem: AX: TV Remote → **Settings → Premium → Enter your code** → Redeem. It unlocks instantly and covers both apps. One thing to know: the code locks to the device you redeem it on, permanently, so use the phone you plan to keep.

I'm asking for feedback sent to me in the app — **not** a Play Store rating. Tell me it's broken and you still get the code.

**Bug reports:** post them at r/AXApps — [https://www.reddit.com/r/AXApps/](https://www.reddit.com/r/AXApps/) — that's where I track issues, betas, and release notes for both apps. It's day one, so if something's broken I'd rather hear it there than read it in a one-star review.

What I most want to hear: does the touchpad feel laggy on your wifi, and which sites render wrong on your TV. Those two I can fix fastest.
