Bleeding between two front teeth

I'm on day 2 of tray 19/26. It pained A LOT when i changed it last night and today morning took it off with a lot of pain but no blood. Same for lunch. But as I removed it in the evening, I started bleeding in the gum between the two front upper teeth (i started treatment to fix a gap between those teeth). However, it stops bleeding as soon as I rinse my mouth with water and also there's no pain when it bleeds. Is this because of pressure on the teeth or should I be concerned?
