How is the game for casuals?

Curious how the experience is for us dads who only get a couple hours a night if we’re lucky.

Are you extracting a decent amount? Winning some fights?

Or is it like marathon or other extracts where only the top 5% thrive while the rest are simply farm for them?

Played a few rounds on release and loved it, but I’m hesitant to invest more time and energy if I won’t have a place in this game immediately after beginner lobbies.
