Struggling with alias and simple login email address

I’ve been a long time proton user but also pay for the premium iCloud service and thought I’d finally give it a go to combine everything into proton.

The reason for this was it’s not ideal having two services and there’s been various issues with iCloud in the Press recently for security issues.

I have moved all my passwords over to proton pass which was easy enough.

However my big complaint is the simple login integration is dreadful on iOS. It never suggests to use an alias, ok this may be an iOS issue enforced by Apple.

However even when forcing it through clicking autofill - passwords it has several issues.

1. it doesn’t auto store the website you’re using it for which leads onto issue 2.
2. manually adding a description often doesn’t force the keyboard to pop up, meaning you can’t actually store the alias
3. on several occasions it actually just crashed the proton pass app.

iPhone 15 Pro Max on the latest version of iOS and the app.

Sadly I’m switching back to iCloud for now
