Chile: need both adapters?!

Hello,

Appears one needs both adapters (C&L) from what we’ve read. Some say that C is all you need for charging devices, but we’ve read that hotels, accommodations (including Patagonia) will have plugs installed in rooms where both adapters are required! For example, even in the same room, there can be a plug requiring a C but nearby a plug requiring L…so how best to deal with this? Looking at Anker Nano Travel Adapter but it only has a C adapter.

Is there a combined adapter (C & L) in some universal adapters?

Appears best to make sure to have both types.
