[AC Syndicate] Argh this post trophy is so annoying!!!!!

This is my final trophy for Syndicate and I’m losing steam, it’s so frustrating and there’s no way to track it in game which makes it even more annoying!! Just a small rant but argh if anyone has any tips for the achievement I’d love to hear it
