Follower count different to the names I'm shown when clicked on

Hey guys,
I've been using Reddit for roughly a week just chatting to people here and there. Anyways after a few days I checked my profile and saw that I had 4 followers which I felt kind of indifferent about. However when I clicked on it only 3 names showed up. I'm just wondering if there was a reason for this that I'm not aware of, thanks!
