Lower suspension nuts are rust welded and seized. 2012 dodge journey

2012 dodge journey. I needed to replace full tie rod, control arm, and sway bar link on both sides. Every nut is seized. Ive used my drills, Hammer drills, Impact, and breaker bars. Ive watched every youtube vehicle specific instruction, nothing works. I sprayed everything 3 times a day for a week with pb blaster and it didnt do a thing. Am i going to have to cut off each nut? Or is there some sort of trick im not reading or seeing. The entire under carriage is rusted badly. I know it came from canada and then michigan, one owner. I pressume the salt and snow is probably the culprit. But nonethess im literally stuck.
