M0W0 Cissia/M0W0 Dialyn/M2W1 Rina?

I'm wondering how viable this team actually is for an electric weak DA 20k clear, if at all. While Cissia is my favorite character in terms of personality and in top 5 for looks, I just... man, I have 0 interest in Obol folks who (as far as I know) are her BiS. Then I did Rina's potential trial for the 20 poly yesterday, and this was the team they gave you. Surprised me a lil, but Rina is electric. But trial teams ain't usually optimal ones. So anyways, do I have a team for the snek if I pull her, or nah?
