Loud popping noise when turning on pc

Recently built a "new" pc with a new case, GPU, CPU and ram. I still use the same power supply (1000W)

Since I built it a loud popping sound has been coming from my pc. I have tested that its not the outlet, by connecting my pc to an outlet further away, to make sure the pop came from my pc.

Sometimes it just a pop and I can turn on my pc normally other times the braker pops, which turns off all the power to my room. Which other than the popping, indicates that this is not normal.

I have also noticed that it only seems to happen after longer periods of the outlet being turned off.
