Specific recommendations for male-presenting business casual clothes

I've been playing the corpo game for a few years now and have been able to tolerate the discomfort of dress expectations. However, over time I'm realizing that my longevity in this world is seriously hampered by the daily frustrations with getting dressed and then spending the rest of the day feeling uncomfortable.

I am looking for specific recommendations of stores and garments that might work better for me. I get really overwhelmed with shopping, so the specificity is very helpful to me. Also of importance, I am in Canada and so would love recommendations available here.

The broad dress expectations for my job are at the slightly formal end of business casual. Male-presenting folks typically wear a dress shirt with the top button open, dress pants and dress shoes. It isn't uncommon to see senior people in suits, and less senior people might wear suits for specific meetings.

I'm willing to be on the less formal side to some degree. But, for sure things like cotton tees are out of the question.
