Worth reporting dangerous driving to Gardai?

Was on my way home earlier and in the outside lane of a duel carriageway when a car sped up behind me (probably travelling 140kmh+ as I was travelling 120kmh), got dangerously close to my rear bumper, then proceeded to undertake and pull back in front into a very narrow gap and slam on the brakes as to not hit the car that was originally in front of me

I then watched them tailgate that car dangerously close and undertake again a bit further down the road

There’s a Garda online form for non emergency reporting - anyone done this/know if it’s worth doing?
