Any ideas on the next move towards upgrading?

Im in Germany, and could have a budget on about 200-300€ (+ whatever the 4060 may net).

Current setup being:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X

GPU: Geforce RTX 4060  [Gigabyte]

RAM: Vengeance DDR5 32 GB 5600Mhz 

MB:   MAG B650 Tomahawk wifi [MSI]

Cooling: NZXT Kraken 280

PSU: Seasonic Prime Gx-850

all built into a NZXT H5 Flow

Im running 1080p 165hz, since nvidia is about to up its prices, and the 8gb vram annoys me pretty much, id like to upgrade to a amd card - but with a jump thats "worth" it.

I do not have the knowledge on which works good with my setup so id like to ask you guys for recommendations.

Besides the announced price increase from nvidia, my second reason for wanting to upgrade relays on the fact that some games still - even on 1080 - run a bit bad. The 4060 tanks very well but on mhwilds, rdr2, bl4, grounded2 to name a few, the card just cant get a grip.
