My Xbox sync button is not working on my Xbox

I connected my controller on my pc and when I turn my Xbox it disconnected so I grabbed my charger to connect again it didn’t work so then I went to pair it I I turned on the controller hit the pair button and then hit the pair button on my Xbox it didn’t start flashing really fast unlike the controller so I fully turned my Xbox off cabels on the back ass well and it still didn’t work please help
