Higher dose of immunosuppressants after DLI

Hi everyone,

My doctor told me to increase my dosage of immunosuppressants after receiving my second DLI, to avoid GVHD.

According to everything I’ve read, this is the opposite of what normally happens. Has anyone done it this way?
