will the parts fit together?

i want to build a pc with a 7500f and a 9060xt and chat gpt says that the ram will get in the way of the cpu cooler fan because the height of the rem is 50.24mm and the space between the bottom of the fan and the contact part with the cpu is 46mm will it fit together?
