Can we have a pinned post about HRT effects?

There are so many posts asking about microdosing HRT, or only getting specific results out of HRT, and the answer is always that HRT doesn't work that way. I'm not frustrated with the people asking, but I would like to see the frequency of these posts cut down. What does the sub think about getting a new rule/pinned post about the topic?
