Hello!

As per title, I have just promoted myself to Emerald - which was my ultimate goal to prove that "I could". Did not play League at all since.. 2017? Recently watched Baus/Caedrel Los Ratones saga, and thought why not..

Issue is, that I do not feel any drastic roof *yet*\- but at the same time I do not have the will to go further in ranks.

I guess change of games until next season and maybe new start with some other "main role/champ".

**Some data + my main takes, if anyone find them useful on their rise ;) :**

*128 Wins (52,7% winrate)*

*115 Losses*

*206 Games as Jungler (51,5% winrate) - with* ***151 games being Master Y****i*

*35 Games as supp (mainly Leona) (60% winrate - maybe I should swap lanes/reddits :D )*

**Some main learnings/takes:**
a) Main focus on jungle clear - felt it being crucial learning, to stop ganking without proper jgl clear.

b) info to teammates on enemy jungle, whenever spotted. Felt that this helped, or at least I hope it did ;)

c) request for objective help in advance (timers from Poroffesor). Just ping that mid/bot to push - and request the vision from supp. Especially if plan to gank/clear topside in the meantime.

d) Sometimes short chat messages with request to B/reset/we won a lot now/ ok we are starting to throw it/lets bait in that bush etc. I think I was often in position when we just won something/objective/TF - and we kept beeing greedy, or just stood in their base. Feel like those clear "narrative" informations often kept game in line.

=============================

My Main would be **Master Yi** \- and I switched between Lethal Tempo/Hail of Blades depending if they had fat/heavy CC team. If they would not, then I would go for **Crit Yi build.**

HOB I played for Crit build that actually I took from **Cowsep** (that old bastard still plays) with items being:

Profane Hydra

Collector

Gluttonous Greaves

Infinity Edge

Lord Dominick/Immortal Shieldbow

Another whats left from above / Guardian Angel

======================================
In my opinion, this shit is broken. (literally single Q deletes most of ADC/Mid champs). Makes it hard to carry vs fed fighters/tanks thought - keep that in mind.

Whats makes it easy to exploit, is when you can enter properly into TF. Best with the engage of your team prior.

That was the biggest issue of the build - to find the right moment to enter and do tons of damage/clear the "leftouts". Too early - would mean they just focus you after Q, to late would make it loosing before your team Cooldowns refresh.

I do not feel as any expert, when I look at the rank system I understand that Emerald is barely a midpoint - but it was nice to reach still. Maybe next season Diamond, who knows ;)

GL to anyone trying, and keep that positivity up! Had bunch of loosing lanes - which with some encouragement and understanding went back into match, and we won a lot of those. Have to learn to win loosing games too ;)

Lastly - the worst part of LoL is *(still)* the flame/spam.

I think 25-30% of the games had some toxicity player in it. Reported all of them.

Sadly many feedbacked that they got banned/muted.

A bit sad, but what can you do :)

Cheers.

From 2025 Silver to 2026 Emerald - Main Master Yi. Self learnings & feedback.
