Wasn't the ban only for altnoids?

In TX any concentrates have always been illegal despite the farm bill, the new law explicitly states for altnoids such as d8, d10 and many other synthetic noids. Thca is still fine considering you're not walking around showing off your zips.. (I'll be throwing away this burner phone just in case a death squad gets sent to my door)
