Can you apply to one local’s apprenticeship while already working as an apprentice in a different one?

Im talking about doing a whole application fresh, including testing/interviews. Just wondering if that’s allowed or if it’s not and could lead to being fired/blacklisted from the UA entirely. I’ve searched around but can’t really find any info on it. If someone who maybe knows about it could let me know that would be great.
