ELX200-12p or DXR12 mk3? (local market comes into play)

Hi!

I play keyboards and saxophone in a band and need, first and foremost, to buy one speaker for amplifying my rig in small venues and parties. So at first I even considered buying a Yamaha DBR12 and whatever.

But I think it would be nice to have a small PA for renting out to whoever hires us, so we become an all-in-one solution for the clients. I'm also starting a DJ duo that would greatly benefit from having our own sound. I also like the idea of buying once, crying once.

So I've been looking to buy a pair of speakers so I can take the first step in that direction of having a PA (which would involve buying a Sub later on).

I'm aware that in terms of absolute power, performance and durability, the DXR line wins. But here is the thing: every comparison I've read about them takes into consideration US prices, which are about the same for ELX200 and DXR lines.

But where I am, I can get an ELX200-12p for:

32% less than DXR12 mk2
37% less than DXR12 mk3
35% less than DXR10 mk3
37% less than QSC K10.2

(this difference means I can buy a sub muuch quicker)

Its worth mentioning that Electrovoice has significantly longer warranty (3x) than Yamaha and QSC in my country, and QSC isn't exactly well supported here.

So, taking this difference into consideration, and also that I prefer to cry less if I can, even if I must cry once, what do you think I should do?

Your help is MUCH appreciated!
Thanks!
