Ideas for arrival day dinner?
Currently finalizing details about my upcoming trip as even though it's a few months away I know things are going to sneak up quickly, like the dining reservations. Right now I think I have most of them decided however the one I'm struggling with is where to go on arrival day. We arrive into Orlando around 5pm so probably not to resort (Pop) until 6pm or later, so definitely no park based options. Am definitely open to resorts, and as a bonus the night we fly in is a party night so I imagine the Monorail and Bus will be running later so don't have many concerns about a MK area resort. May be slightly concerned over an Epcot area resort, except Topolino's, but I've also done Topolino's and wouldn't mind trying something new.
Of the top of my head I'm thinking maybe Yachtsman Steakhouse (or Steakhouse 71), but we will also be eating at Le Cellier on our Epcot day so worry it's too many steakhouses. (Is that a thing?) I've heard ok things about California Grill so may consider that, and then there is 'Ohana and while people say it's gone downhill I've never had it before so would have no basis for comparison.
I know I'm missing many a place though, and this isn't even touching Disney Springs and their list of places (like how most people like Homecomin) so what does everyone suggest I look into/consider for a roughly 7-8pm dinner time that isn't in the parks?
