My prediction on score and percentile

The more I see the results of the players the more I am convinced of the following ratio of points and percentile:
Top 100 - 80k and more
Top 1500 - 75k - 80k
95th - 65k - 75k
90th - 60-65k
And others. So what do you think about it?
