Understanding long term bull transition

Hey folks my wife (38) and I (40) have been in the Hotwife/ stag lifestyle for over a year. Started off with various scenarios which included meeting guys for one and dones. We found a guy that has become a regular and now organically we only share her with him. I need to understand how to navigate this moving forward. We are interested in only seeing him but what does that mean long term? Rules? Her needs? HIS needs?
