Water pressure issue

I just moved into an apartment, and whenever I shower, the water pressure is only high whenever the waters hot, but the water is way too hot to shower with, so I have to make it colder which lowers the pressure significantly. Is there something I can do about this? I don’t know if it’s something worth mentioning to my landlord or not. please help!!
