New creator, two questions

Hi all! I want to make a zine.

1. The Wiki says buy a bunch of zines, but I'm unemployed and completely broke. Are there free repositories? I will definitely buy when I get a job.
2. I'm a big proponent of constraints in creative practices, but since I'm a newbie to zine making, I'm overthinking my options. Is there a constraint you swear by? What would you recommend?

Thank you so much in advance!
