171 LSAT - is it over?

Hi! I have been seeing a lot of discussion about rising LSAT averages, and was wondering if anyone could provide some more clarity?

I did my undergrad at an ivy+, completing an engineering degree with 4.0x CAS gpa. I have some work experience as an engineer (6 months and counting), but no law specific softs at all.

I want to do IP law (preferably big law), and am applying this cycle. Is it worth my time/money to even apply to T14s?

TLDR: What are my chances as a “splitter” with a sort of nontraditional background. Thank you!
