5 week old suddenly refusing to latch and everything else.

I don’t know what to do, he has always latched no problems since day 1 and nurses for 20-30 minutes every time. He’s been gaining weight steady, my supply is great, I pump between feeds to give him the occasional bottle.
He just turned 5 weeks Tuesday and ever since then it’s like a switch has flipped. He struggles latching and will get frustrated/scream so usually I’ll give him a 3.5 oz bottle. Or when he does finally latch he only nurses for 10 minutes and pops off, then will scream to feed again a few minutes later.
Also during the day if he isn’t napping, he’s screaming. I cannot walk away or put him down for one minute. The only time he’s content is if he’s in the wrap.
