I found a fix to the the infinite launch loop + C/user/(the wrong user)/ not found please type the name correctly

Since the arrival of siege X, whenever i started my game it would crash and say something like: C/user/rapha/... cannot be found by windows please type the name correctly even tho my user is raphael, but restarting it a few times would magicaly fix it. But since the new anti-cheat update, when it would launch it made me restart for QB-anti cheat but then i just would not restart and just open the launcher and i was basically stuck in a loop when i couldn't open the game. I really tried everything from redownloading, updating drivers, changer my user name and so on.

The thing that actually worked for me was pressing Win+ R and then typing :intl.cpl then going into admin then pressing change system locale then i changed the language from french to english and most importantly pressed the beta box : Use unicode UTF-8 ... and after restarting it fixed my game.
