Found a solid launch platform for solo builders — worth checking out
Hey everyone,
I've been building a micro-SaaS side project and stumbled on a few launch platforms while figuring out how to get initial traction. Most of them are either pay-to-play or don't actually drive any traffic.
One I found genuinely useful is **Nick Launches** (nicklaunches.com). It's essentially a weekly curated directory of new products — kind of like Product Hunt but specifically for indie builders. The cool part is there's a weekly leaderboard, so new launches get real visibility even if you don't have an existing audience.
What I liked:
- Free to submit your product
- Weekly leaderboard means every product gets a fair shot
- The site has solid SEO (DR 71) so even a listing gives you a real backlink
- They also publish tutorials on launch strategies which helped me refine my own approach
Not affiliated with them at all — just sharing because I know how hard it is to get those first users when you're building solo. If you're working on something and looking for a low-effort way to get it in front of other builders, it's worth a look.
Anyone else tried it or have other launch platforms they'd recommend?
