Questions about lsd used in combination or before/after

Hey all, i will be trying lsd for the first time either tomorrow or this weekend only a half tab not really wanting a full on trip. And i was talking to a guy who said lsd effects the serotonin which obviously sounds bad with mdma in the equation. So i was just wondering, would taking lsd on friday around evening time and mdma on saturday around evening time (my usual dose 80-100mg) have any effects on the hangover/comedown? If there are any additional pieces of advice to do with both of these substances that would also be appreciated, thanks.
